The early-stage drying crack resistance tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical specifications and requirements stipulated in the national standard GB/T9779-2005. The early-stage drying crack resistance test wind tunnel contains a test plate positioned parallel to the airflow direction. After starting the axial flow fan, the wind speed is adjusted using a wind volume control device. The prepared test plate is then placed on the test plate holder inside the wind tunnel.

Anemometer operation: Insert the battery into the bottom cover of the anemometer, turn on the power switch, and the screen will display wind speed, ambient temperature, etc.
Timer operation: This timer has a delay range of 0.01 seconds to 99 hours and 99 minutes, which can be preset as needed before powering on.
Specimen placement: Apply the main coating material to the prepared test plate surface according to the specified amount in the paint and putty product instructions, and immediately place it on the test plate holder in the wind tunnel. The test plate should be placed parallel to the airflow direction.
Power on: Turn on the power of the testing machine, the power indicator light will illuminate, the axial fan will start, and the timer will begin counting.
During operation, strictly follow the testing machine's user guide to ensure the safety and accuracy of the test process. Regularly inspect and maintain the testing machine, including cleaning the equipment, replacing vulnerable parts, and ensuring a stable main power supply voltage, to prevent equipment damage and resulting errors in test results.
