Laboratory chamber furnace stands are the optimal solution in the implementation of structural fire resistance tests of building and ship constructions, horizontal and vertical components, and safes. The work of the furnace is fully automated, controlled by PLC (programmable logic controller), which simulates the fire course and provides great flexibility in terms of adaptation to rapid and effective changes in the parameters of a given research.

Fire resistance test chamber flexibility is worth emphasizing (i.e. the ability to quick and efficient adaptation to the type of study). It is equipped with viewfinders to observe the behavior of the test element inside the test chamber, the visualization, data archiving and reporting system, enabling static and dynamic load simulation during fire tests.

Features:

Steady furnace structure, the furnace is made of slotted steel, H-shape, rectangular hollow square steel, and doorway tie beams, guard plate joists, furnace bottom frame, longitudinal and horizontal tie bars and furnace body steel plates, which form a solid whole after high strength welding and can be used for a long time without deformation.

The furnace is lined with refractory bricks on the bottom and refractory fibers on the surface, providing a consistent furnace temperature with low fuel consumption.

Burners are installed on the opposite side of the furnace wall.

Each burner is supplied with an individual fuel line and airline.

Natural gas, LPG, and propane are optional for furnace fuel.

Combustion air blower to furnace burners.

Furnace safety device to detect the failure, alarm, and cut off the fuel supply.

SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) Furnace control system, collect the data of temperature, pressure and other data, real-time output of the furnace temperature curve through online data analysis and calculation.

Furnace chamber temperature and pressure are automatical controlled as well as manual operated.
