This vacuum low-pressure (high-altitude) test chamber G-1029 simulates negative pressure environments to evaluate the performance and reliability of products under vacuum and high-altitude conditions. Test Procedures

(1) Place the test sample inside the chamber on the mesh shelf.

(2) Close the chamber door and ensure the silicone seal is properly seated.

(3) Set the desired vacuum level on the digital gauge.

(4) Start the vacuum pump; the system automatically reaches and maintains the set vacuum.

(5) If vacuum hold is required, enable the timer function.

(6) Monitor the sample through the viewing window during testing.

(7) After the test, manually release the vacuum before opening the chamber.

(8) Remove the test sample safely.

Maintenance Information

(1) Regularly check silicone seals for wear and replace if necessary.

(2) Clean the inner chamber with a soft cloth to remove dust and debris.

(3) Inspect the vacuum pump and connections for leaks before each test.

(4) Verify digital vacuum gauge calibration periodically.

(5) Ensure the chamber door closes properly to maintain vacuum tightness.

(6) Check power supply and circuit protection components regularly.
