Climatic Chamber is designed to simulate temperature and humidity variations to evaluate the dimensional stability of materials. It is widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, communications, instruments, vehicles, plastics, metals, food, chemicals, building materials, medical devices, and aerospace components. The chamber supports precise control of high/low temperature and humidity cycling.

  1. High-precision control: BTHC balanced temperature and humidity control system with PID and DCC/DEC smart control, ensuring uniform and stable internal conditions.

  2. Large touchscreen interface: 7-inch color LCD human-machine interface with Chinese/English menu, remote computer control via RS232.

  3. Robust cooling system: Two-stage refrigeration with low-noise rotary compressors, imported components, and eco-friendly refrigerants (R404a/R23).

  4. High uniformity and stability: Temperature fluctuation ±0.5 °C, humidity fluctuation ±1–2 %, temperature uniformity ≤ ±1.5 °C, humidity uniformity ±1–3 %.

  5. Safety features: Over-temperature protection, compressor overcurrent/overheat protection, water shortage dry-burn protection, door open alarm, short-circuit and leakage protection.

  6. Observation and testing: Large observation window with 4 layers of tempered glass and a 50 mm test port.

  7. Internal/External Construction: SUS#304 mirror-finished stainless steel for chamber and outer casing; C-type steel frame with 5000 kg static load capacity.

  8. Heating and Humidification: Ni-Cr alloy heater controlled via SSR pulse width modulation; external removable boiler humidifier with stainless steel sheath heater, water-level monitoring, anti-dry burn, sediment collection, and power 2.5 kW.

  9. Programmable operation: Up to 10 programs, 120 segments per program, unlimited cycles; temperature resolution 0.1 °C, humidity resolution 0.1 % RH, time resolution 1 min.

  10. Data recording: Battery-protected RAM can store up to 180 days of sampling data (at 60 s intervals).
