Test Procedures

1. Before starting the machine, ensure it is placed on a level surface and that the test platform is clean;

2. Install the specified type of friction head or other friction tool, and adjust the test rod according to the height of the sample;

3. Place the specified weight on the friction rod;

4. Place the sample to be tested on the test platform and clamp it securely;

5. Before testing, set the number of cycles and speed. Press the menu button, enter the menu, select and set the speed, press "ENTER" to confirm, and then press "START" to begin the test;

6. After the test is completed, the instrument will stop automatically. Remove the sample and inspect it or perform other tests;

7. Turn off the power and clean the sample platform.
