Test Procedures / Maintenance

(1) Place the diaper or non-woven sample on the sample holder and adjust to the specified angle.

(2) Fill the funnel with the test liquid and set the solenoid valve for controlled flow.

(3) Start the test: the liquid penetrates the sample, and sensors capture real-time data.

(4) Apply the pressing block for 1 minute if required to simulate pressure.

(5) Record strike-through, back-seepage, and penetration data; analyze via software.

(6) After testing, clean the funnel, sample holder, and pressing block to avoid residue buildup.

(7) Periodically calibrate the flow rate, angle, and sensor system to ensure consistent results.
