Q1: How long does it usually take to dry a transformer in this oven?

A1:The drying time mainly depends on the transformer capacity and insulation material. Generally, the drying process takes approximately 12 to 48 hours.

Q2: How does the oven ensure uniform heating of all parts of a large transformer?

A2:The equipment adopts a high-volume, powerful double-direction circulating air duct system to ensure uniform heat distribution. The overall temperature difference inside the chamber can be controlled within ±3℃.

Q3: How are moisture and volatile gases generated during the drying process handled?

A3:The top of the oven is equipped with an automatic/manual moisture exhaust valve and exhaust fan, which can periodically discharge moisture and volatile gases from the chamber to the workshop exterior.

Q4: What safety protection measures are provided to prevent overheating?

A4:The equipment is equipped with an independent over-temperature protection device separate from the main control system. Once overheating occurs, the heating power supply will be automatically cut off, and an audible and visual alarm will be activated.
