The pharmaceutical powder sterilization and drying tunnel furnace is a continuous drying and sterilization equipment specially designed for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and fine chemical industries.The equipment utilizes far-infrared heating, microwave heating, or hot air circulation heating technology, allowing powder materials to move forward on the conveyor belt while uniformly receiving high-temperature hot air or electromagnetic wave radiation.It can destroy the DNA structure of microorganisms within a very short time to achieve complete sterilization, while rapidly evaporating moisture inside the powder materials, realizing continuous and automated dual processes of drying and sterilization.
