The Torsion Bar Spring Testing Machine, also known as a Torsion Bar Spring Fatigue Testing Machine, is mainly used for static torsional mechanical performance testing and torsional fatigue life testing of automotive torsion bar springs.The testing machine is computer-controlled and can acquire data such as torque, peak torque, rotation angle, and test curves. It can measure the torsion angle reached by a torsion bar spring under a specified torque, as well as the torque reached at a specified torsion angle.The software displays torque-time, torsion angle-time, and torque-angle test curves. Test reports can be generated automatically, while test data can be stored, retrieved, and printed.For fatigue testing, the machine can perform torsional fatigue life tests on torsion bar springs at a specified test frequency under a preset torque or torsion angle. The machine automatically stops when the preset number of test cycles is reached or when the specified force/torque attenuation value is reached.
