AAA Class Solar Simulator 1000W/m² for Solar Cell and PV Module Testing.
A solar simulator is an instrument used to simulate sunlight, mainly used in industries such as materials science, optoelectronics, and solar energy, to test and evaluate the performance and durability of products. It simulates the spectral characteristics under different lighting conditions by using high brightness light sources and filters, which can accurately simulate the lighting conditions of sunlight, improve work efficiency, and save time and cost. This product has high reliability and flexibility, broad market prospects, and plays an important role in scientific research and product development.

The aerospace module ultraviolet (UV) aging test is designed to simulate the long-term exposure of modules to sunlight and the resulting UV-induced degradation.
This equipment can reproduce, within just a few days or weeks, the UV aging effects that would normally take several months or years under outdoor conditions, enabling rapid evaluation of material durability and resistance to UV degradation.
Main Features
1.Light Source Chamber
The chamber body is made of high-quality insulated panels that provide complete UV shielding,excellent sealing, and thermal insulation.
The design is environmentally friendly and easy to assemble and maintain.
The system adopts a bottom-up illumination structure:
The upper layer houses the light source and cooling system.
The lower layer provides a platform for sample placement.
The cooling method uses forced air cooling with direct exhaust, featuring well-designed air inlet and outlet layouts to form an efficient air circulation system inside the chamber.
3.Sensors (Optional)
Equipped with dedicated UVA and UVB fiber-optic probes for accurate data acquisition.
The electrical control system includes a preset irradiance value, with default maximum irradiance at startup.
The irradiance can be manually adjusted via a control knob or automatically controlled through an industrial touch screen (HMI) and PLC system, which monitors and displays UVA/UVB intensity in real time.
The system can automatically shut down when the preset irradiance level is reached.

Includes one temperature sensor that uses a fixed armored platinum resistance (Pt sensor) to
measure ambient temperature around the lamp chamber.
Its excellent linearity, sensitivity, fast thermal response, stability, and uniformity meet demanding performance requirements.

Accuracy: ±0.5 °C
6.Industrial Control System (Optional)
The system can be configured with an industrial touch screen (HMI) and PLC controller for automatic control of temperature, irradiance, exposure dose, and testing duration.
