The Large Shaft Torsion Testing Machine is a horizontal high-torque testing system designed for torsional testing of heavy-duty shafts and drive components. It can perform static torsional strength, torsional stiffness, fatigue, and failure tests on transmission shafts, marine shafts, wind turbine shafts, flange shafts, spline shafts, and similar components.
The machine uses servo-driven loading and high-precision sensors to measure torque and torsion angle. The test stroke can be configured according to specimen length, while the intelligent control system supports automatic data acquisition, curve display, and test report generation.
