The Zero Drop Tester is designed to evaluate the impact resistance of packaging during handling, transportation, and unloading. It assesses the packaging’s ability to withstand shocks and verifies the rationality of packaging design. The machine is suitable for testing larger packages. The test specimen is placed on a rapidly descending “E”-shaped fork, simulating free-fall drops onto a cushioning base. Drop heights can be set via the touchscreen controller, and the drop is executed automatically according to the preset height.
