Applicable standards:

GB/T 4857.11: China's national standard "Horizontal impact test method for Packaging and transportation packages". The standard specifies the test method for transport packages under horizontal impact conditions, although the direct reference is to horizontal impact, but inclined impact testing machines can also be used to simulate similar scenarios.

ISO 2244: Standard published by the International Organization for Standardization （ISO） "Packaging - fully packed transport packaging Part V horizontal impact test, inclined impact test, swing test". This standard specifies in detail the test methods and requirements for transport packages in horizontal impact, inclined impact and swing tests.

ISTA 6: Standard published by the International Transport Safety Association （ISTA）， which contains the relevant requirements for inclined plane impact testing. ISTA standards are primarily used to evaluate the impact resistance of packages during transportation.

Main parameters:

Test piece weight: The weight range of test pieces is usually between 100kg and 600kg, which can be customized according to customer needs. For example, the maximum test piece weight of some equipment can reach 500kg.

Slide length: Slide length is the distance the specimen slides on the inclined plane, usually between 1600mm and 2000mm, and can also be customized according to customer needs.

Impact speed: The impact speed range is usually between 1.305m/s and 2.608m/s, which can be adjusted to suit different test requirements. At the same time, the impact velocity error should be controlled within ±5% to ensure the accuracy of the test.

Specimen size: The size of the specimen can be customized according to customer needs, common sizes include length 1000mm to 1800mm, width 1000mm to 1800mm, height 1000mm to 1800mm, etc.

Control system: The modern inclined impact testing machine is usually controlled by PLC touch screen, which is simple and convenient to operate, and has high control accuracy and stability.

Impact panel and pulley table: The dimensions of the impact panel and pulley table can also be customized according to customer needs, and common materials include solid wood.
