45-degree Dry Cleaning Tester

The 45-degree Dry Cleaning Tester is composed of a bottom plate, a control panel and a drum. The clothes to be washed and the dry cleaning agent are put into the drum together, and the rotation times are set to make the dry cleaning agent soak the clothes and dissolve the stains in the clothes during the rolling process of the drum. This instrument is mainly used to clean the sample before other tests.

Test Procedures

The operating procedure for the 45-degree dry cleaning tester is as follows:

Place the garment to be tested and the dry cleaning agent into the rotating drum.

Set the number of rotations so that the dry cleaning agent permeates the garment and dissolves the stains during the drum's rotation.

The instrument begins the test, the nozzle moves to a position 8mm from the sample surface, and the timer starts.

After the set time has elapsed, the nozzle automatically returns to its starting position.

If the flame burns through the marked line, the weight drops, and the timer stops.

If the flame spread time and ignition time are measured simultaneously, the timer stops.
