Automatic Cross-hatch Tester

The Automatic Cross-hatch Tester is a general-purpose instrument designed to perform cross-cut adhesion tests and scratch resistance tests on paint coatings and plastic surfaces.

The system supports parallel cutting and cross cutting using single-row or multi-row cutting tools, making it suitable for test panels of varying thicknesses and dimensions.

Adhesion testing is performed in accordance with internationally recognized cross-hatch methods, while scratch resistance testing complies with GME 60 280 requirements. With a wide range of adjustable test parameters and interchangeable cutting tools, the instrument enables accurate, repeatable, and efficient coating performance evaluation in laboratory and production environments.
