Pneumatic fabric dilatometer

Application

Maintenance Information

1.Daily Maintenance

After each test, clean the test clamps and sample platform with a lint-free cloth to remove fabric debris.

Check the pneumatic seal of the clamps; ensure no air leakage (to maintain test pressure stability).

2.Regular Maintenance (Every 3 Months)

Calibrate the pressure sensor using a standard pressure gauge (verify accuracy within 0–3000kPa range).

Lubricate the pneumatic clamp’s moving parts with light machine oil to ensure smooth operation.

Inspect the air pipeline for blockages; blow it clean with compressed air if needed.

3.Annual Maintenance

Replace the pneumatic seals (even if no leakage is found, to prevent aging-related issues).

Check the control system’s software; update it if there are data display errors.

4.Troubleshooting

If pressure rises abnormally: Check the pressure regulator and adjust it to the standard test rate (20±5s).

If test area accuracy drifts: Re-calibrate the clamp size (50cm²/100cm²) with a standard ruler.
