The gauge has a simple structure, is easy to use, portable, and can be used for handheld measurements.

2. Testing Principle: The film thickness gauge uses a mechanical contact testing method, measuring the thickness of the film material using a displacement sensor.
3. Measurement Procedure: Before testing, the instrument's measuring head rests on the equipment's anvil. The sensor reads the initial displacement value of the measuring head. After lifting the measuring head, place the sample on the anvil. The measuring head then rests on the sample with the same pressure. The sensor reads the displacement value of the measuring head. The difference between the two displacement values is the thickness of the sample.
4. Reading Results: After the measurement is completed, the measured thickness value will be displayed on the thickness gauge's screen. Record the measurement results, including the location of the measurement point, date and time, and any factors that may affect measurement accuracy.
