It is mainly used for testing and analyzing mechanical properties of metal materials and non-metal materials such as tensile, compression, bending, etc., with three closed-loop control methods of stress and strain displacement, it can calculate the maximum force, tensile strength, bending strength, compressive strength, elastic modulus, fracture elongation, yield strength and other parameters. Geotextile narrow strip tensile testing fixture, geotextile wide strip tensile testing fixture, ring clamp, CBR puncture test fixture, electronic extensometer, dust cover, transmission components, etc.
1. Turn on the data acquisition instrument, monitor, and computer host in sequence;
2. Select the operator, enter the password, and log in to the construction industry laboratory management software, then select the required project;
3. Connect the power supply, place the specimen flat on the two bending rollers, and align it with the markings on the rollers;
4. Select the 100kN or 300kN range according to the specimen strength, close the left oil return valve, then slowly open the oil supply valve to raise the piston a certain distance, open the "Data Acquisition System without Curve" in the acquisition system, press F10 to reset and exit;
5. According to the order form and specimen number, enter the test report number, test date, specimen number, etc., and then press Enter to enter the data acquisition state;
6. Open the oil supply valve to raise the specimen quickly before it contacts the upper bending roller. When the specimen is about to contact the upper bending roller, adjust the oil supply valve to raise the piston slowly, and apply the load at the required loading speed until the specimen breaks (the maximum force value will be automatically displayed and saved), then close the oil supply valve and open the oil return valve;
7. Perform the bending test on other specimens in the same group using the same method;
8. Compression test: Replace the lower roller with a compression plate, the operation is basically the same as the bending test;
9. After the test is completed, press the stop button, turn off the power, and remove the broken specimens;
10. Fill in the instrument and equipment usage record.
