Thermostatic water tank tester

This device simulates natural environmental conditions of temperature and humidity to test the performance of products under constant humidity and temperature, thereby evaluating their performance, stability, and durability.

Application

Thermostatic water tank is widely used in drying, concentrating, distillation, impregnating chemical reagents, impregnating drugs and biological agents, can also be used for water bath constant temperature heating and other temperature tests, is a biological, genetic, viral, aquatic, environmental protection, medicine, health, biochemical laboratories, analysis room education and scientific research essential tools. The shell of the box is made of cold-rolled steel plate, the surface is baking paint, the inner liner is made of stainless steel, the middle layer is insulated with polyurethane, and it is equipped with constant temperature controller and electric heater. It can be used in conjunction with the Schigong synthetic material test equipment to provide the required constant temperature water bath.

Test Procedures

Environmental Check: Ensure the equipment is placed in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, and at least 50cm from the wall.

Water Tank and Consumables: Fill the water tank with "distilled water or deionized water" up to the marked line, and confirm that the humidity sensor gauze is clean and undamaged.

Sample Placement: The sample volume should be ≤ 2/3 of the working chamber volume, avoiding obstruction of the airflow.

Temperature and Humidity Settings: The temperature range is typically -70℃~150℃, and the humidity range is 10%~98%RH.

Program Editing: Complex tests require programming a step-by-step program, such as heating → holding → humidifying → cycling.

Startup Sequence: Turn on the main power switch → start the control panel → enter program operation.

Operation Monitoring: Observe the temperature and humidity curves in real time; troubleshoot any abnormalities if fluctuations exceed ±3%RH or ±1℃.

End of Operation: After reaching the set time, the equipment will automatically stop running.  Do not open the door immediately; wait until the temperature inside the chamber drops to near ambient temperature before opening the door.

Safety Precautions: Prohibited operations include starting the refrigeration compressor when the chamber temperature is >55℃, testing explosive or corrosive substances, or frequently opening and closing the chamber door.
