Geosynthetic acid and alkali aging tester

The geosynthetic materials acid and alkali resistance aging test chamber is used for performance testing of various geosynthetic materials against acid and alkali solutions.  This machine features a stirring function, allowing the solution in the container to be continuously stirred while being heated. This ensures thorough mixing of the solution in the container, leading to more accurate experimental results.

Test Procedures

Preparation: Check the equipment, calibrate the parameters (temperature, concentration, time), and prepare the acid and alkali solutions.

Sampling: Cut standard samples and weigh and record their initial mass.

Immersion: Immerse the samples completely in the solution, ensuring no air bubbles and no overlapping.

Testing: Start the equipment and conduct aging according to the set conditions (e.g., 60℃, 3 days).

Removal: After the specified time, remove the samples, clean and dry them, weigh them, and test for changes in performance.
