Molten Aluminum Pump

Basic Operating Principle:
The pump operates on the same principle as a centrifugal pump. Aluminum melt resides within the pump casing, and the impeller rotates at high speed, generating centrifugal force that propels the aluminum liquid upward at high velocity. The accelerated molten aluminum ascends continuously until it reaches the outlet, where it is directed through a flow channel into a launder or transfer ladle, achieving the purpose of aluminum liquid transfer.
