Test Procedures

(1) Ensure the chamber is placed properly with required clearance and connected to power and drainage.

(2) Turn on the main power switch and check for system self-diagnosis readiness.

(3) Set temperature and humidity values or select a pre-programmed test profile on the touch screen.

(4) Place specimens on the shelves ensuring proper airflow and no contact with chamber walls.

(5) Close the door tightly and start the test in constant or program mode.

(6) Monitor real-time temperature, humidity, and operating status via screen or external connection.

(7) After completion, allow the chamber to return to safe conditions before opening the door.

(8) Retrieve specimens and save/export test data if necessary.

Maintenance Information

(1) Clean the water tank and humidification system regularly to avoid scale buildup.

(2) Inspect door seals and replace if aging or leakage is detected.

(3) Remove dust from condenser fins monthly to maintain cooling efficiency.

(4) Check refrigerant pipelines and joints for signs of oil leakage.

(5) Verify sensor accuracy periodically and perform calibration when needed.
