3. Accelerate filamentous corrosion in a short time to quickly assess the corrosion resistance of materials. The wire corrosion tester can greatly shorten the test cycle and improve the test efficiency.

4. Simultaneous testing of multiple samples allows for rapid screening and evaluation during mass production and development. Multiple samples tested under the same test conditions can also improve the repeatability and comparability of test results.

Configuration

① Workroom	Upgraded version of glass fiber reinforced plastic material, one molding, better sealing, to prevent salt spray corrosion media leakage. Standard sample holder features a round rod and V-shaped groove design. Test pieces' angles can be adjusted. Customized insert sample holders are also available.
② Spray tower	Generates salt spray to atomize salt water evenly. Composed of tower body, sprinkler head, brine pipe, etc. The nozzle is made of quartz material, which is resistant to high temperature, not easy to clog and easy to clean.
③ Heater strip	Located at the bottom of the workroom to meet the temperature conditions required for testing.
④ Saturated barrel	Preheat the air entering the spray tower. Make the air contain enough moisture to achieve saturation.
⑤ Controller	Set and control various parameters of the test, such as temperature, spray time, test cycle, etc., to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the test.
⑥ Salt solution tank	A container that stores a brine solution and provides a source of salt spray for the spray tower. Equipped with a stirring device to stabilize PH value.
⑦ Air source(Option)	Provides compressed air to the spray tower and is the power source for generating salt spray. The air source pressure and flow rate are stable to ensure the production and spraying effect of salt spray.
