One cabinet supports NSS, AASS (NASS), and CASS tests, covering a wide range of corrosion testing needs from general coatings to high-performance automotive parts.
2. Uniform Fog Distribution System
Special atomizing nozzles and internal airflow design guarantee even salt fog dispersion throughout the chamber for consistent testing.

The NSS NASS CASS test cabinet made of one-piece molded upgraded fiberglass material , resistant to acid and salt corrosion, ensuring long-term operation with minimal maintenance.

Sample Holder | Standard sample holder: round rod + V-shaped groove, adjustable angle: from 15° to 30° downward from the vertical position, in accordance with ISO 9227 standards, to prevent condensation water from forming on the sample surface. It can also be customized with an exclusive sample holder according to the measurement piece situation. |
Spray Tower | The integrated atomizing nozzle can produce fine and uniform mist. The quartz nozzle is easy to clean. The number and position of the spray towers are determined according to the size of the laboratory chamber to ensure that the samples are exposed to a uniform salt mist environment. |
Salt Spray Collector | Verify the spray density. Standard collection rate: 1～2ml / 80cm2 · h, which can be adjusted by air pressure. Install it in two opposite corners of the laboratory to ensure uniform collection of the spray. |
Controller | A multi-language interface touchscreen programmable controller (PLC system). Features include: temperature control (±1°C), spray timing, test cycle. The test temperature range is: NSS/NASS: 35°C ± 1°C, CASS: 50°C ± 1°C. The equipment can be remotely monitored via PC and data can be downloaded. |
Saltwater Tank | Equipped with a saltwater stirring system to stabilize the pH value of the saltwater, and the saltwater is stirred by bubbles. |
