Ozone laboratory accessories can be categorized into four main types based on experimental needs: core equipment, supporting devices, safety protection equipment, and auxiliary accessories. The details are as follows:
I. Core Equipment
Ozone Generator
Function: Generates ozone gas; the core equipment for the experiment.
Ozone Detector
Function: Monitors ozone concentration in real time, ensuring experimental safety and data accuracy.

Ozone Reactor
Function: Provides the contact environment between ozone and reactants (such as liquids and gases).
Ozone Exhaust Gas Destroyer
Function: Treats unreacted ozone, preventing its release into the environment.

Function: Precisely controls the flow rate of ozone, oxygen, or reaction liquid.
Water Tank and Pump

To improve the safety and effectiveness of ozone generators during daily use, the following procedures should be followed:
1. Start-up Procedure
1.1. Open the generator cooling water valve to supply cooling water to the generator. Keep the outlet open until normal water flow is achieved.
1.2. Start the air compressor, open the air outlet valve, and simultaneously open the cooler inlet valve. Adjust the air compressor outlet pressure to 0.5-0.7 MPa.
1.3. Close the air switch in the control cabinet. The display screen on the control cabinet door will show "System Normal, Standby". Touch the start button on the touch panel. A countdown air purging will then begin. The dryer solenoid valve will automatically open. The pressure gauge on the dryer should show a pressure of approximately 0.6 MPa. Simultaneously adjust the pressure reducing valve to 0.04-0.08 MPa as needed (the dryer cylinder should be switched every 5 minutes). Also, open the ozone valve at the oxidation tower inlet. Check the ozone gas distribution at the oxidation tower sight glass.
1.4 After the air purging time is over, press the start button. The generator will operate at high voltage. Press the start/up button to increase the voltage to 8KV. After running for 10 minutes, adjust the voltage to 10KV and observe the values on the display screen. For detailed operation of the control cabinet, please refer to the "Power Control System User Manual".
1.5 After normal operation, observe the emission of light from the generator and the counts of each instrument, and record the results.
1.6 As needed, open the drain valves of the cooler and gas storage tank periodically to drain the gas, generally every 30-60 minutes.
2. Shutdown Procedure
2.1 First, stop the water supply to the oxidation tower, then close the water inlet valves of the generator and cooler.
2.2 Press the drain button on the panel to reduce the voltage to zero, then press the stop drain button. The generator high voltage will stop operating, and a countdown will begin to purge the residual ozone gas inside the generator.
2.3 After the countdown purging is complete, shut down the air compressor, close the ozone inlet valve of the oxidation tower, and press the stop/exhaust button to disconnect the air switch in the control cabinet; otherwise, the warranty will be void.
2.4 In winter, after closing the water inlet valves of the generator and cooler, to prevent damage to the internal components of the generator from freezing, the drain valve below the generator must be opened to drain any remaining water from the generator and cooler; otherwise, the warranty will be void.
