Aging test system can produce AC and DC high voltage. Thermoelectric accelerated aging test can be carried out on Metal Oxygen Varistor. The full current, resistive current, capacitive current are calculated and P-t curve can be displayed online, the test system can meet the requirements of IEC 60099-4 and relevant standards.

Pulse Current Aging:
Simulates lightning strikes or power grid surges by applying thousands of continuous impulse current cycles to varistors, evaluating their degradation behavior under repeated surge stress.
Equipment Cleaning:
Regularly clean the interior of the test chamber, cooling fans, and ventilation openings. Remove metal oxide dust and debris generated during testing to prevent poor ventilation and excessive internal temperature rise.
Terminal Tightening:

Fixture Contact Maintenance:
