Introduction

The Jute Roller Softening Machine is specially designed for jute processing. It is used to soften and condition raw hard jute fibers through intensive roller kneading combined with emulsion lubrication, making it suitable for jute textile production lines in Bangladesh.

(1) Equipped with an emulsion spraying system, including a gear pump, storage tank, spray nozzles, and a jacketed insulation system, which evenly applies lubricating emulsion to the jute fibers to reduce the brittleness caused by pectin and lignin.

(2) Twenty-four (24) pairs of spiral-grooved rollers repeatedly compress and knead the raw jute fibers, effectively improving softness and flexibility.

(3) Gear-and-chain transmission ensures stable and continuous feeding. After treatment, the softened jute can be fed directly into the carding process, significantly reducing yarn breakage during spinning.

(4) Features a heavy-duty steel frame construction with excellent wear resistance, designed to withstand the abrasive nature of jute fiber during continuous industrial operation.
