The Suspension Spring Six-Component Force Testing Machine is a specialized testing system designed for comprehensive performance evaluation of automotive suspension springs under axial and lateral loading conditions.
The Suspension Spring Six-Component Force Testing Machine is mainly used to test the spatial force characteristics of suspension springs under lateral loading conditions. It can accurately measure key parameters such as axial test force, lateral test force, force application point coordinates, and force vector (magnitude and direction) at a specified deformation or spring height.
The machine consists of a main frame, six-component force measurement system, control system, software system, safety protection system, and auxiliary devices. It adopts a computer-controlled gantry structure, dual ball screw transmission, AC servo drive, and planetary gear reducer, providing high precision, stable operation, and reliable performance.
In addition to the functions of a conventional microcomputer-controlled spring tension and compression testing machine, it is equipped with a dedicated six-component force measurement and control system. The system can accurately measure the actual magnitude and direction of loads generated inside automotive suspension springs after axial compression, providing reliable data support for the design of vehicle safety, handling, and comfort performance.
