The Disc Spring Sorting Testing Machine is designed for accurate measurement and automatic sorting of disc springs based on their mechanical performance.The machine can precisely measure the static compression strength of disc springs under compressed conditions and evaluate their ability to withstand static loads, such as measuring the load generated at a specified deformation.It can also determine key performance parameters including spring stiffness (elastic modulus), maximum deformation, and residual deformation. Main Frame:
Adopts a gantry-type structure, providing a stable support platform and installation base for the testing machine.
Transmission System:
