For dynamic chromatography rapid specific surface area analyzers, to obtain the true specific surface area results of materials, it is necessary to perform heating and purge pretreatment on the samples before testing. The dynamic chromatography fully automatic rapid specific surface area analyzer independently developed and produced by Bestde has an in-situ heating pretreatment function. After sample loading is completed, simply install the sample tube in the testing position, perform heating pretreatment first, and then proceed with direct testing. There is no need to disassemble, assemble, or transfer the sample tube during the process.

However, in situations with heavy testing tasks, in-situ treatment can lead to the occupation of the instrument's testing position, resulting in reduced utilization rate of the testing position. Therefore, Bestde has introduced the STD-AD8 purge pretreatment unit. Samples can be purged on the pretreatment unit first and then transferred to the instrument for testing, increasing the testing efficiency to approximately twice the original level.
