Product Introduction:

The conveyor belt flammability and flame diffusion tester is suitable for testing the flammability and flame propagation characteristics of conveyor belts with textile body and steel cord conveyor belts and horizontal oriented conveyor belts.

Application:

This testing machine is suitable for measuring the flammability and flame propagation characteristics of horizontal conveyor belt samples.

For a given period of time, the end of the horizontally oriented conveyor belt sample is subjected to the flame from the designated gas burner, and the duration of removing the burner flame is measured. After the flame disappears, a gas flow passes through the sample to measure the afterglow duration.

In general, these test results themselves do not indicate the fire hazard of materials or products under actual fire conditions. Therefore, without considering other supporting information, they should not be used for fire hazard assessment.

Application of test results This test can be used to determine the flammability and flame propagation characteristics of conveyor belt materials. However, it must be emphasized that this test does not indicate that the materials actually used present a fire hazard. The use and modification of materials in the manufacturing process determines the fire hazard of the final product.
