This equipment is used to test smoke fire alarms and detector sensitivity, directionality, repeatability, high and low temperature, and ambient light interference resistance, as well as temperature fire alarms and detector orientation, operating temperature, and response time. It consists of a smoke chamber, a photoelectric smoke density meter, a heater, a refrigerator, an interference light source, and an industrial control computer, and complies with standard specifications.

It consist of insulated test tunnel,aerosol generator, obscuration sensor, heat element, cooler, controller and computer. The obscuration meter was made of high quality imported part to ensure precision and stable reading.
The built-in photoelectric smoke density meter measures smoke concentration within the chamber. Using imported components, the advanced optical design minimizes the effects of ambient temperature on the sensor, ensuring test accuracy and stability. The equipment is equipped with a built-in heater and an external refrigerator for automatic temperature control within the chamber.
For smoke fire detectors, the sensitivity of the smoke detector is tested in both high and low temperature environments, decreasing to 0°C +/- 2°C or increasing to 5°C +/- 2°C at a rate of less than 1°C/min. When testing heat detectors, you can set heating rates of 1°C/min, 3°C/min, 5°C/min, 10°C/min, 20°C/min, and 30°C/min, with a maximum temperature of 160°C.
The test software allows you to adjust the air speed, smoke rise rate, and temperature to meet standard testing requirements. The specially developed Zone Smoke Test Tuner software includes built-in test parameters. Selecting the appropriate test item automatically runs the test program. The software continuously monitors smoke concentration, smoke rise rate, and temperature rate, and records the detector sensitivity.
