Equipment Overview

The innovatively developed low-temperature drying equipment uses the principle of low-temperature dehumidification heat pump and adopts convection hot air drying to dehydrate and reduce the wet materials on the mesh belt. The whole system is fully enclosed and the drying hot air has no heat loss.

⊙≤10% moisture content, more than 80% reduction

With strong drying and reduction capabilities, the moisture content of dry materials is ≤10%-50% adjustable, and the reduction is up to more than 80%; it subverts the technical bottlenecks of high moisture content and weak reduction capacity of dry materials in traditional drying methods

⊙1:4.2 dehumidification ratio, twice the industry standard

The equipment adopts "multi-effect heat recovery condensation dehumidification and drying", with world-leading dehydration and dehumidification capabilities, and a comprehensive dehumidification ratio (SMER) of more than 4.2kg.H2O/kW.h, which saves more than 50% energy than traditional low-temperature drying equipment, which is twice the industry standard

⊙ Closed design

The whole equipment system adopts a closed design, with small odor leakage, and can be directly installed in the factory or for centralized material disposal. Low-temperature evaporation condensate can be directly discharged into the pipe network

⊙No heat loss, 100% heat utilization

All adopt closed system design combined with heat pump heat recovery technology, no heat loss, and better system working efficiency. Different from the open drying equipment with continuous dehumidification and heat dissipation and continuous high-temperature heating

⊙ Low temperature is safer and there is no dust hazard

Fully enclosed 40-75℃ low-temperature working discharge temperature is less than 50℃, no secondary cooling is required, and it can be stored directly

⊙ More economical in use

The equipment using "multi-effect heat recovery condensation dehumidification and drying" greatly reduces the user's use cost, and dries the wet material with a moisture content of 80% to a moisture content of 30%, with an operating cost as low as 180kW.h/t
