Equipment Overview

The independently developed low-temperature drying equipment uses the principle of low-temperature dehumidification heat pump and convection hot air drying to dehydrate and reduce the wet materials on the mesh belt. The whole system is fully enclosed and there is no heat loss in the drying hot air.

The design principle of condensation waste heat recovery and energy cascade utilization can save more than 20% of operating power consumption. The dehumidification performance of the dryer can reach 4.5kg.H2O/kW.h compared with SMER (different material properties vary)

The material heating design adopts condensation waste heat recovery to meet the rapid heating and drying requirements of low-moisture material (such as coal slime, etc.)

The refrigerant pipelines are all designed without copper pipes (using 316L stainless steel advanced technology)

⊙ No aluminum alloy Gold material

Aluminum-free alloy material design is used to improve the corrosion resistance of the equipment

⊙ Electronic expansion valve

The electronic expansion valve design is used to improve the dehumidification performance

⊙ Compressor independent chamber

The compressor independent chamber design does not contact the circulating dry gas to improve the working environment of the compressor

The main fan adopts a one-to-two and belt drive design, which is easy to maintain; there is no main fan arrangement design under the mesh belt, which is easy to clean and maintain
