Safety Footwear Electrical Hazard Tester

The Safety Footwear Electrical Hazard Tester is designed to evaluate the dielectric strength and electrical insulation performance of safety footwear under specified test conditions. By applying controlled high voltage and monitoring withstand time and leakage behavior, the tester determines whether safety shoes comply with relevant electrical hazard protection requirements. The system is suitable for laboratory verification, type testing, and routine quality control of electrically insulated safety footwear.

Test Procedures

(1)Place the safety footwear in the specified test position according to the selected standard.

(2)Connect the electrodes to the designated contact points of the footwear.

(3)Set the required output voltage level and test duration via the touch screen.

(4)Start the test; the system automatically applies voltage and maintains it for the preset time.

(5)Observe and record the test status and results displayed on the screen.

(6)After completion, the system automatically discharges and safely ends the test.
