Thermal Insulation Materials Adhesive Strength Tester

The bond strength tester, also known as a pull-off tester or pull-off adhesion tester, uses mechanical loading for continuous and uniform load application.  It features a compact and durable design, a liquid crystal display for showing bond strength values, and automatically and accurately records bond strength values with peak value retention.  Powered by dry cell batteries, this product is small, lightweight (approximately 3 kg total weight), and comes in a complete kit for easy portability and field use.  This device utilizes a composite sensor, ensuring a measurement accuracy of less than ±1%, which is superior to the 1.5% accuracy of hydraulic-type devices.

It can also be used for tensile and bonding strength testing of tiles, facing bricks, paints, coatings, rivets, mortar, anchor bolts, and thermal insulation materials.

Test Procedures

Connect one end of the cable to the sensor socket on the adhesive strength tester panel.

Press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds to turn the instrument on/off.

On the main interface, find "Force Measurement" and press the confirmation button to enter the force measurement mode.

First, press the peak value button to enter the peak value measurement state, then press the zeroing button.

Turn the handle manually; the piston will rise. Before tension is applied, the LCD panel will display the friction force of the entire system.

Before formal measurement, press and hold the zeroing button until the force reading on the LCD panel shows "0.000", indicating that the digital display has automatically completed zeroing.

Then, turn the handle evenly to continuously increase the tensile force on the tested sample; the corresponding force value will be displayed on the LCD panel.

The peak value will be automatically held until the tensile force meets the requirements or the sample breaks.

After the test is completed, turn the handle in the reverse direction to lower the piston.
