It features a 7-inch K600+ core/dot-matrix 65-color 800*480 resolution touchscreen display with English and Chinese menu options.  Test parameters, production unit, production batch, and tester information can be freely entered.  Automatic data storage upon power failure is included, along with overload alarm and shutdown protection. Multi-level password protection is optional. Nominal specifications, pipe wall thickness, number of tests, pressurization, upward and downward movement, time, and calibration are all displayed. Test data can be printed directly from the onboard printer via the touchscreen LCD menu. It displays real-time blade sharpness force and peak force data, and can display the maximum sharpness and various other peak force curves.

1. Pre-test Preparation

2. Sample and Test Medium Installation

Fix the stapler blade to be tested onto the instrument's dedicated fixture, ensuring the blade angle, position, and cutting path are aligned and there is no looseness/offset;

Install the test medium (such as standard suture) onto the cutting platform, adjusting its position to precisely align with the cutting edge of the blade.

3. Test Parameter Settings

Using the touchscreen interface, select the appropriate standard (YY/T 1797-2021), set the test speed (e.g., 0.05–600 mm/min), data acquisition frequency, and other parameters. Confirm and save the configuration.

4. Starting the Test

After confirming that the blade and medium are correctly positioned, click the "Start" button. The instrument will automatically simulate the cutting process, collecting and displaying cutting force, displacement, and other data in real time.

5. Test Process Monitoring
