1.Pre-operation Preparation
Equipment inspection: Check power supply stability, ensure vibration table surface is flat, fasteners (bolts, fixtures) are tight, and rotary vibration components run without jamming/wear; Verify emergency stop button functions normally.
Sample preparation: Confirm the test package/unit load meets the equipment’s maximum load limit (≤100kg); Ensure the package is sealed and fixed as per actual transportation conditions (e.g., pallet binding).
Parameter confirmation: Determine test parameters (frequency: 100-300rpm, amplitude: 1 inch/25.4mm, test duration) based on standards (e.g., ASTM D4169. ISTA) or customer requirements.
2.Parameter Setting
Power on the device and its control software; Input test task info (sample ID, package type).
Set vibration parameters (frequency, amplitude, test time) in the software; Confirm the vibration mode is set to "rotary type".
3.Sample Installation
Place the test sample centrally on the vibration table; Fix the sample with fixtures/binding straps to prevent displacement during vibration (ensure the fixing method simulates actual transportation).
Adjust the sample position to avoid contact with the table’s edge or other components.
4.Test Execution
Confirm personnel are away from the vibration area; Start the test via the software/device panel.
Monitor the operation in real time: Check for abnormal noise, sample shifting, or parameter deviations; Press the emergency stop button immediately if malfunctions occur.
5.Post-test Handling
After the test ends, stop the device and power it off; Remove the sample and inspect its integrity (e.g., package damage, internal product shifting).
Export test data (vibration duration, operating parameters) and record the sample status; Clean the vibration table and fixtures, and tighten loose components if needed.
6.Safety Specifications
Only trained operators can operate the device; Do not touch the vibration table during operation.
In case of abnormal conditions, stop the device first (use emergency stop if necessary) before troubleshooting.
