The Filter Media Testing System is designed for precise evaluation of filter media and small filter elements. It measures particle filtration efficiency, pressure drop, and fraction separation efficiency under controlled laboratory conditions. The system supports product development, production monitoring, quality control, and compliance testing across a wide range of filter types, including cabin air filters, engine air filters, and indoor air filters. This system is widely used to test filter media and small filter elements during product development, production monitoring, and quality assurance. It is applicable to cabin air filters, engine air filters, and indoor air filters, and supports testing according to ISO 11155-1, DIN 71460-1, ISO 5011, and ISO 16890. Various versions of the system can be configured to conform to additional international and national standards. Its flexible design allows the use of multiple aerosol types, including SAE dust, NaCl/KCl salts, and DEHS liquid aerosols, to simulate real-world operating conditions and verify filter performance under load.
