8 Station Pneumatic Valve Pack

Working Principle:

The 8-position pneumatic valve assembly is equipped with eight dual solenoid valves, each with a pressure regulator and quick-disconnect connector below each position. When used with our PC life tester, each valve operates in conjunction with a motor output. This allows the life tester's limit switch control for DC loads and analog input functions to be directly applied to the pneumatic actuators on the test fixture without the need for a motor.

For example, the test procedure might require moving the workpiece to a certain limit position. This step is executed by actuating one of the pneumatic valves, which pressurizes the cylinder and moves the workpiece to the desired limit switch position. Upon reaching the limit position, the tester issues a command to retract the valve (reverse movement), completing the cycle.
