The industrial powder coating oven is designed with reduced impingement velocity of the recirculated air onto your parts, to prevent powder blow-off prior to gelling of the powder, reducing rework and saving you time and money. We can also offer a variable frequency drive (VFD) on the recirculation blower to reduce the airflow volume prior to gelling of the powder.

The powder coating batch oven offers best-in-class temperature uniformity, which is critical for consistent, high-quality results. If you have a uniformity requirement (+/-10F for example), we perform a multi-point temperature uniformity survey on the oven before shipment, to validate this tolerance. Our oven line includes a batch timer to sound an alarm (or turn off the heat) when the cycle is complete, which provides consistency from load to load.

A simple PLC controllor provides high precision heating process, it offers all the features you need, allows you accurately to set the desired temperature and time, as well as an easy start of fan working. Once the curing time arrive, the oven will stop heating automatically. The controller also includes a variety of safety devices, such as alarm light and emergency stop buttons, etc.
A powerful fan cycles hot airs in the chamber making uniform heat distribution with a minimal temperature difference, in order to obtain a quality finish with even gloss and consistent colour.
Configured 100mm thick rockwool interlayer performs least temperature dropping, with galvanized innerwall that is heat-resistent and durable color steel outwall for long time use.
