Configuration

①Workroom	It is composed of a plastic steel V-shaped frame and a round rod, which can ensure that the test parts are beveled, and the round holes on both sides can be placed with storage rods to adjust different angles.
②Salt spray collector	The funnel cup with a surface area of 80cm² collects the salt spray, condenses into water and flows to the measuring cylinder outside the cabinet. The amount varies according to the size of the workroom.
③Spray tower	Tower sprayer, glass nozzle inside, spray guided by tower tube, salt spray evenly dispersed, can control the size of spray. The nozzle is not easy to crystallize and easy to clean.
④Heater strip	Attached to the bottom of the workroom, the air in the cabinet is heated to the required temperature and maintained at a constant temperature.
⑤Controller	Intelligent integrated control temperature controller, including touch setting, digital display, P.I.D temperature control, timing, pressure regulation, fault display and other functions.
⑥Salt solution tank	Built-in salt tank with stirring system to stabilize brine PH.
⑦Saturated barrel	SUS304 made of stainless steel, for the test cabinet air humidification, heating, help humidity of more than 95%, filter oil, stable test environment.
⑧Air source	The air compressor supplies gas from the pressure regulator to the sprayer. Spray pressure about 1Kgf/cm².
