ASTM D3939 Fabric Textile Ici Mace Snagging Resistance Tester
This tester is suitable for testing outerwear knitted and woven fabrics and other fabrics that are easy to snag, especially for the snagging properties of chemical fiber filaments and textured yarn fabrics. Put a chain-suspended hammer around the guide rod and put it on the surface of the sample sleeved on the drum. After the drum rotates at a constant speed for a certain number of times, remove the sample and compare it with the rating chart in the rating box. .
The machine can quickly detect how easy or difficult the fabric is to get hooked (that is, hook the yarn out of the fabric) under normal wearing conditions. The instrument is equipped with an observation box and a comparison pattern card for different fabric structures. Equipped with 4 test rollers (covered with the fabric to be tested), the hammer ball is a tungsten carbide head and is controlled by a predetermined electronic counter.
