Test Procedures

(1)Install the finished shoe on the shoe last clamp securely.

(2)Select and install the appropriate peeling knife width for the test.

(3)Adjust the positioning and tie rods according to shoe size.

(4)Set the peeling knife down speed and rise/fall parameters.

(5)Start the test; the knife peels the sole from the upper while the force sensor records the required force.

(6)Calculate the peeling strength automatically using the measured force and knife width.

(7)Repeat the test for additional samples as needed.
