Drawer slide durability testing machine

Test Procedures

(1) Install the drawer slide sample securely on the mounting fixture and adjust installation width and alignment

(2) Set test parameters including stroke length, reciprocating speed, stop time, and total test cycles on the PLC interface

(3) Start the test and allow the machine to perform automatic reciprocating push–pull motion

(4) Monitor test operation periodically to check sample condition and machine status

(5) After reaching the preset cycle count or sample failure, stop the test and record test results

Maintenance Information
