Parameter Setting: Select a matching head form, fix the helmet onto the head form, ensuring the goggles are at a natural wearing angle without extra stretching or compression.
Positioning the Punch: Manually adjust the punch position so that it is vertically aligned with the center area of the goggles, and the bottom of the punch is in contact with the surface of the goggles, leaving a space of at least 5mm above the head form.
Performing the Impact Test: Using a manual pull-type or automatic release device, allow the falling weight to drop freely from a set height, impacting the top of the punch, and transferring the impact force to the goggles through the punch.
Data Recording: Record data at the moment of impact using a high-speed camera or pressure sensor, such as the peak impact force and the deformation of the goggles, for subsequent analysis.
