Bearing Installation: Install the bearing to be tested on the test equipment, ensuring that the installation is secure and the concentricity error does not exceed ±0.05 mm.
Preloading: Apply the specified axial and radial preload according to the type of bearing and its application.
Starting the Bearing: Start the bearing at the specified speed. After the rotational speed stabilizes (generally no less than 5 minutes), begin the measurement.
Recording Friction Torque Values: During the measurement process, record the friction torque value every 1 minute for 10 consecutive times, and take the average value as the measured friction torque value under this operating condition.
