Test Procedures

(1) Take 3 samples from the finished protective clothing, each with a diameter of 32 mm

(2) Mount the sample in the holder with the reagent contact from below

(3) Pressurize the reagent continuously and steadily at a controlled rising rate (60 ± 3 cm/min)

(4) Observe the sample until the third liquid drop appears

(5) Record the height of the liquid column as the sample’s static pressure resistance

(6) Repeat each sample test 3 times and calculate the arithmetic average for final static pressure value

Maintenance Information

(1) Rinse and clean the liquid column, sample holder, and surrounding area after each test

(2) Inspect column, valves, and sample holders for corrosion or wear

(3) Store the instrument in a clean, dry, and ventilated laboratory environment

(4) Wear protective equipment when handling corrosive liquids

(5) Calibrate liquid column height and rising rate regularly for accurate measurements

(6) Maintain records of calibration, testing, and maintenance for compliance verification
