1. Daily Maintenance
Wipe the fixture/sample table with a dry cloth after each test to remove dust/debris.
Check the tightness of abrasion head screws; re-tighten if loose.
2. Regular Maintenance (Every 3 Months)
Lubricate the vertical motion guide rail with light machine oil.
Calibrate the weight load accuracy with a precision scale.
3. Abrasion Head Replacement
Replace the abrasion head when its surface wear exceeds 1mm (to ensure test consistency).
4. Troubleshooting
If the friction speed is unstable: Check the drive motor’s connection and clean the transmission parts.
