Test Procedures

1.Pre-operation Preparation

Check power supply (AC220V50Hz) and equipment connections; confirm steel block hardness, sensor probe integrity, and fixture no jamming; prepare suture needle samples (size 0.2-1.8mm, no deformation); ensure test environment is dry and clean.

2.Parameter Setting

Power on, select Chinese/English interface, enter PLC control system; set test mode (sharpness/puncture force/strength), loading rate (≤10mm/s), and sample specification.

3.Sample Installation

Fix suture needle on adjustable fixture, adjust positioning tooling to align needle tip with standard steel block and sensor probe.

4.Test Execution

Confirm sample fixation, start test; equipment automatically loads and detects data, dynamically displays force value; stop immediately if abnormal data appears.

5.Post-test Handling
